I haven't felt my own dogs yet to compare, but will.
However, if you feel they are enlarged *at all*, I would most definitely get to a vet asap. Hopefully, you'd find it's just a local enlargement due to some rather benign infectious agent. BUT, it could be other things as well. See article below. Also, it appears it could be related to cruciate ligament rupture if it's displaced (confirmed via xrays). Is there any limping present...or is there any "biting" or mouthing toward the leg areas?
