My moms friends daughter has a small breed dog that is not able to walk and she keeps trying to force him to and refuses to take him to the vet. I did all I could do and then reported it to animal control and they did nothing. She continues to post videos of it and I am having to learn I can’t do anymore and staying in it is destroying my heart. Sometimes you just have to step back after doing all you can even when it’s hard.
