I mean, has an ultrasound been done...? If not, that would be shocking at this point. There is not a total obstruction here for sure - as she'd be dead long ago from it. But there could be some sort of partial obstruction going on from the intestine itself -or- from some other organ pressing into the intestine. Definitely would want a fecal done as well as a full blood panel/chems. If there are other GI symptomes present, then I would add getting the GI panel as well.
What other symptoms are present though...? Vomiting? Bloating...hard or soft belly..? Appetite currently vs. in the past..? What does she eat? Weight...is it up or down?
