I don’t think our animal control is that nice. We had a rabid raccoon and they told my dad to shoot it and make sure to double bag it when he threw it away. Then years later be called about a dead rabbit and they just said double bag it when you throw it away. My dad has a trap but obviously with skunks you gotta take extra precautions.
