I've generally been welcome with yorkie in tow at shops that do not carry food--that includes places like Best Buy and many specialty shops that you will find at the mall.
Speaking of which, if you and Ollie are traveling with your stroller, walking the mall with him tethered to the stroller may be an option, regardless of whether you enter any of the shops. |
