Default Strongyloides- Threadworms

Hey guys! I am here with another problem😩!!! I asked about feeding schedule and food recommendations several months ago and received great advice! My Maggie (11 months) has on and off had issues with her stool since we got her at 15 weeks...she has had blood, constipation, and most recently a month ago a bout of diarrhea. About a month ago she had several rounds of diarrhea and even passed out on me! We rushed her to the emergency vet and they diagnosed her with gastroenteritis. They gave her multiple meds and I thought she recovered. Well...fast forward a few weeks and she had a little bit of blood ( like she has had in and off since we got her when I wiped her after pooping). I did not think much of it because we have been to the vet multiple times and they have found no reason for the small amount of blood, other than possibly full anal glands or contipation causing a small tear and thus the small amount of blood. The vet has done multiple fecal tests since we have had her she has never tested positive for any worms. Well...yesterday she peed on me three times, which never happens! I knew something was wrong! I called the vet and had to make an appointment with another vet than our regular, she diagnosed her with a uti and strongyloides ( threadworms)! Said she might have had them all along...she was just given a week of Panacur when she was treated for gastroenteritis just as a precaution, but apparently you have to re-retreat again in 3-4 weeks to get them all. I have no idea where she could have gotten this at!!! I watch her like a hawk when we go outside! We have no other animals, we have been to no parks, or in public at all! I am wondering if she did not come from the breeder with them...we have almost always had issues with tinges of blood in stools on and off since the day we brought her home! Anyway...I have read horror stories on these worms!!!! Please reassure me that we can get rid of them! I need some positive stories! Any advice? I have been washing all bedding daily, I have always picked up her poop in the yard...I am a clean freak so I always wipe her when she potties...please help me! We love our girl and we are just sick about all of this! Thanks in advance!
