Save a yorkie!!! Please STOP using the term "Teacup" to describe ANY Yorkshire terrier (yorkie). Okay to use description "small"--but using the term "teacup" only promotes bad breeding practices and causes yorkies to lose their lives.

A standard yorkie weighs between 4 and 7 lbs. While there are many larger, there are bad breeders who seek to create and even breed dogs that are smaller and smaller. These too small pups suffer horrible health issues; many die in the breeding process.

Please change your use of the “teacup” terminology—be part of the solution, not part of the problem.

The yorkie standard is just not to exceed 7 pounds. Otherwise great though.
