Seems the touching and checking is good at 12 weeks, but worry that actual brushing should wait a little bit.

That article, caveats as above, describes that incisors begin to fall out and be replaced by permanents--such that the pup will have both baby and permanent teeth. Then the canines will fall out and be replaced by permanents.

Goes on to suggest the "correctness" of the pups bite isn't knowable until 6 to 7 months.
