Been there, sorry I have no referrals just wanted to say, if she has chopped up layers of hair why not go someplace else and have them just do a puppy cut on her body. It will be shorter but at least even and will grow back even, and puppy cuts are cute. I can Imagine your shock at seeing her, I went through that with a poodle many years ago, they had shaved her completely down including her face, she was a beautiful silver grey lass, she looked so ugly that I cried and the poor dog hid under the bed. Thank goodness hair does grow back.
