I did a little more reading. Store bought yogurt isn't fully fermented, so it still has a little lactose in it, but it has much less lactose than milk. Greek yogurt, which has the liquid drained from it, has even less lactose than regular yogurt. So I guess the best yogurt for a dog would be plain lowfat or nonfat Greek yogurt.
