Imagine it is natural to experience some feeling of guilt when we lose a little one. As she crossed over the rainbow bridge, rest assured she was remembering all those years of companionship.

You wrote, "I can't imagine my daily routine without her ..." Same here. I lost my sweet senior, Katy, at the end of March and still find myself fumbling around at times.

Many folks find that opening their home to another pet does help ease the grief. I will. Katy isn't "replaceable," but do hope another little one will fill some of the void my sweetie left behind.

Will keep you in my thoughts--KatysMom
Thank you, I will keep all of you in my thoughts as well. I always knew this would be difficult but could have never truly imagined how much it would hurt and how much of a void it would leave.

I will keep you posted on whether I decide to get a new little one and how that goes.
