You can never replace a beloved companion, she will remain in your heart forever. Don't deny yourself the love a fur baby brings to you. There should be no feelings of guilt, you gave your baby all your love and she knew this, she always tried to please you and see you smile at her, she would want you to be happy. No two yorkies are alike, they have different personalities and quirky little ways, she will be loved for the dog she is, not for the one you lost. I hope one day you will open your heart again to another yorkie baby and love her for the dog that she is.
