My yorkie used to do her business outside whenever she wanted to. I recently moved and my yorkie does not have access to go outside and she stays indoors. I made a indoor potty and also place newspapers down. She has never once used it, she waits for me to come home and then goes outside. I really would like her to use the indoor potty but I dont know why she wont. |
