It would really help to see a picture of the sores, as well as belly.

I can't fathom why, with recurrent infections, the Vet is using clavamox ! Your dog should be on Simiplicef x 28 days if this is bacterial (ie, pyoderma).

Whenever there are recurrent skin infections like this that cannot be tied to allergies, thyroid should be checked AND Cushings absolutely should be considered. In addition, Diabetes should've been discussed for sure bc of the blindness -- is he diagnosed w/ juvenile cataracts then or.....?
He has had blood and urine tests ran. They have not collected a sample for a skin smear. Test came back that he does not have cushing's or diabetes. Next step with his eyes is to have the tear test. He might possibly have dry eye where they do not produce "good tears" so his eyes are more prone to infection. It still does not explain the blindness however. No cataracts that could be found. When looking into his eye they see a healthy eye with no visible issues. When they do an eye test on him they can tell that he has a level of blindness however. He doesn't react to quick movements toward the eye and only tracts right and left at a very close distance.
I will ask my vet about Simiplicef. Thank you for the recommendation!
I have tried multiple times to upload pictures with no success. I will try again.
