When ever I had puppies I left the pads down until they were 100% out door trained, they were walked every morning and every night at the same time. My pups were 100% house broken at 7 months old with no accidents in the house. Schedules are very important when housebreaking. Stay outside until she does her business, no playing tell her what you want, pee pee or poo poo.
