I read the
PetMD article "
Irritable Bowel Syndrome in Dogs."
There section, "Diagnosis" talks about ruling out worms and a list of other causes of diarrhea. I'm not knowledgeable enough to identify which of the listed issues might have been ruled out by the RealPCR diarrhea panel.
Did the vet suggest that Pilot might also have to be further tested?
