I've always had good luck on Acana Singles line as well. The Duck & pear is the one Jackson does the best on. We also feed a variety of toppers and canned food as well. Wellness and Weruva are the canned foods we buy the most.

I also like Farmina a lot, but it's not as easily accessible in stores.

Some of the "sport" dog foods are known for producing small solid stool 1-2x a day like Victor and Annamaet and Redpaw.

I'd avoid Blue Buffalo at all costs- lol. Lots of GI issues reported. I'm not the biggest fan of Natural Balance either tbh.

Also, you are likely over feeding. My boy is 18lbs and gets 1/2 cup of kibble per day, with one spoonful of wet in each meal (1/4 cup am, 1/4 cup pm). As well as some treats etc. But I don't think a <7lb dog needs 3/4 cup of food unless they have a really good metabolism. The guidelines on the bags are often way over estimated. Also they are based on unaltered/fixed dogs who need more.
