My kid poops out doors with me watching him, so I pick it up as soon as it comes out, however, if I should turn my head he will eat his poop. I tried the frozen pineapple for 2 months, gave him one chunk cut up right after he ate in the mornings (he's 12 pounds). For the first month I made sure to not turn my head and picked up his poop right away, into the 2nd month I stepped away from him to see what he would do, he ate his poop. I continued with the pineapple until the bag was finished, that was 2 months of pineapple, I tested again, he ate his poo. Pineapple does not work on every dog, but it is a start and they enjoy the fruit.
