My boys are brothers from two different litters: Couldn't be more different. Zeus is more standard (blue/golden and 5.5 lbs. like his mama), and Perseus is not (black/reddish-gold and 7 lbs. but with a slightly longer body like his daddy). I could care less if they were alien dogs from Mars. I love them more than anything. They both have sensitive stomachs and are on prescription food; however, Perseus suffers terribly from environmental allergies. He itches constantly and has drier skin. We use prescription dog shampoo and milk bath conditioner on him. (He also takes an allergy pill daily.) The poor baby went outside yesterday, and the pollen is so bad right now, we had to bathe him the minute he came inside. He'll try and lick the pollen off his feet and then sneezes constantly. It's best that he avoid outside right now. Bad thing is they both despise the heat, and we live in the worst area for them -- hot and humid most of the year.

Have you thought of trying cytopoint? What allergy pill is he on? If it’s not working you probably should talk to your vet about trying something else.
