1 can of diced tomatoes & 1 small can of tomato sauce
1 green bell pepper & 2 celery stalks chopped
1 small onion (chopped) salt & cayenne pepper to taste, a little garlic, 1 tbs worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp cajun seasoning
place 1/2 stick butter & 1 tbsp of veg. oil in large pan saute the veggies, then add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, cayenne pepper, a little garlic, 1tsp cajun seasoning & 1 tbsp worcestershire... simmer about 452 to 60 minutes then add about 15 frozen shrimp and simmer about 5 min.serve over a plate of rice....so good
