Am I doing something wrong or just being impatient? Is there anything else I could be doing to get him trained?
I started Gidget using the pee pads inside. It was winter, lots of sleet, snow, etc. When the weather got warm, I started taking her outside at various times and she would pee, etc. then. She's 2 now, still uses the pee pad inside when the weather is bad or I'm not feeling good. She definitely enjoys going outside when it's possible but she uses the pee pads otherwise. This is really good because I know if I need to be gone for several hours, she'll use the pee pad and not pee on the floor. It works out great for both of us.
