Okay - so what is the timing of all of this?

When did Flagyl stop - when did pumpkin begin?

Pancreatitis wreaks havoc on the body, as I'm sure you know - so it can take months for the body to really come back into balance.

If too soft, I would perhaps try titrating pumpkin dosage. I would also probably be giving a probiotic to support intestinal flora, which I'm sure is a mess.

My Vet has always supported the use of Benefiber powder over pumpkin - so you may want to consider that instead - so much easier to give/titrate.
