Welcome to YT, sorry to say, but your baby does not look like a yorkie to me, if she is, she is a mix. JMO
As a foot not, the person you got lil Nugget from is not a breeder, or perhaps a back yard breeder more likely, no responsible "breeder" would let a puppy go at 6 weeks. In most states it is against the law to sell puppies that are under 8 weeks old.
