Your dog is not use to babies, they have a different scent then older children and adults. Try leaving an article of the babies clothing in the area your dog uses the most, she'll get use to the babies scent. Exchange it for a fresh item whenever the bay comes. Also a baby's fast kicking and arm movement may scare your pup, so I would keep an eye on her around your grandson.
