Try not to show the baby more attention than your older dog. Sometimes taking them for a walk together helps. Walk fast enough to begin so they can,t concentrate on each other. When they burn off some energy, you may be able to slow down some some, but speed up if again if any trouble starts. Do everything first for the older dog, leash on/ off, treats, food. Good luck.
