Well I'm going to be honest with you no reputable breeder is going to breed for Chocolates and many old fashioned reputable breeders wont breed for parti's either. Chocolate is considered a fault so no reputable breeder will breed for a fault. Have you checked out the ytca.org? You want a breeder that keeps the puppies until 12 weeks, doesn't have many litters at one time, doesn't breed a female under 5 pounds, has them AKC registered, has a spay and neuter contracts and wont give you breeding rights just because you would pay more and knows their lines very well.
