You are correct that is NOT a reputable breeder. They use the word teacup, the amount of puppies they say they have could not come from one little which means multiple litters more then likely at least 3, some of the yorkies don't look like yorkies, they also say they have mini and micro yorkies, the ship cargo it looks like which is not safe, the send the puppies home at 8 weeks, and they never say the puppies are AKC and that is the only reputable registry in the US. Those are all the red flags I see. I would stay far away from this breeder.
