Mine was diagnosed a couple years ago and has had great success with Royal Canin Hydrolyzed prescription food. It’s caused by allergies so it’s best to use a food with a man made protein unless you do a food trial to find out what they are allergic to but you risk flaring in up bad when you do that. Two different times mine has had to get fluids but luckily never hospitalized.
