I would remove ALL mats until she is fully outdoor trained. Do not give her free roam of the house. Close doors to rooms where you cannot watch her, keep her confined to the room that you are in, where you can supervise her. Put her on a food and potty schedule. Feed same time every day, 30 minutes after she eats take her out side, even if she made in the house take her out doors anyway. All dogs are not the same, some may need to potty before the 30 minutes, this will be a trial period, if you see she went potty 20 minutes after she ate that's when you take her out. You must be consistent with this schedule. Dogs are creatures of habit, they have little built in clocks that let them know when it's time to eat and when it's potty time. Once you start them with anything they expect it all the time. Schedule is a must for out door training.
