Every test is normal so far.I think this week the vet is calling and will suggest murphy going on science diet sensitive stomach food.
HE is a small yorkie as our Mookie yorkie is small. He also had the
same symptons. We now feed him low fat holistic grain free food and
boiled chicken. I also make sure they are both feed every 6-7 hours
small meals. They even checked mookie for pancreatitis a few years ago.
The vet feels they both have very sensitive stomachs.
Does anyone else have the same problem with there yorkies?

Honestly 6 hours is a long time. My stomach hurts if I go longer then that. Has your vet tried Pepcid for the stomach?
