I don't have any experience with pancreatitis, but if you are feeding lean chicken breasts, you can make what I call "chicken goo" - a little goes a long way. The recipe is simple. Boil a boneless skinless chicken breast until thorough cooked. Cool the broth so that you can scoop off any fat. Reduce the liquid by simmering until only a small amount is left. Chop cooked breast then whizz in a blender until it is a goo. Can be portioned and frozen.
You can add a bit of water to a small amount of goo and disk it in the refrigerator overnight. Warm in microwave. |
