My Joey had reactions to his shots as a puppy but did very well when he was neutered. One thing you could try with the shots is only give one at a time and talk to your vet about giving Benadryl about 30 minutes before a shot. Anesthesia is really safe but I know it’s still scary. Some of the things I recommend are presurgery blood work, make sure they have a heated operating table or a heated pad for it, have them put an IV cath in so if anything does happen it’s already in and that dosen’t take extra time, I would do fluids and I would make sure there is someone’s who’s job is just to monitor her vitals. Spaying then before their first heat and spaying in general is sooooo much better for them then not. You also probably want the vet to remove any baby teeth she might have left. I know anesthesia is scary to think about even I knowing it’s safe worry. I’m an emotional eater so I ussally drop them off and then go eat pancakes. I also have this thing where I have to go to the pet store and buy them something because that makes me feel like them will definitely be coming home and no issues.
