Such a cute pic! My Benny is a Biewer Terrier so he's mostly black with white legs and golden ears. He is up at the crack of dawn too...which is fine by me because I have to start work early anyway...and yes - it is a lovely, peaceful time of day for a walk! He loves to curl up on my lap during the day while I'm at the computer...or he hangs out on the daybed in my office. Didn't realize how lonely I was during the day until I got him...I just love my new little work buddy! As an added bonus...I recently lost 35 pounds and was needing some "keep the pounds off" winter motivation...Benny LOVES to walk and is kicking my butt when it comes to making sure I get enough exercise in for the day...he likes at least 3 walks a day - no room for slacking with him!
