Our Bella is a licker. She mainly licks the face and hands, and occasionally one particular pillow. I believe that Yorkies are generally very licky dogs. We have her on Prozac to treat OCD, and that helped with her general anxiety, but didn't do anything for the licking. I think it's just their way of interacting with their environment. If it becomes excessive, we tell her "no" and try to distract her with other activities.
