You did not mention how old your pup was.
There is a YT member here who owns ALL DOG BOOTS. You might find it on line and talk with them about which shoes might be best and how to introduce your pup to them.
Have you contacted a dog behaviorist regarding the sensitivity to noises. Often your veterinarian can recommend one or one of your local pet stores may know of one. You might also contact local dog training agencies.
