I made an effort to get mine to like people. I wanted them to be therapy dogs and visit people in the hospital. As puppies, everybody picked them up and they met lots of strangers. The result? They are good with people, not necessarily the best. They run right up to people who want to meet them, but they usually say hi and want to move on. They’re not great smugglers with strangers.

So while i’m happy with how they’ve turned out, I can see why they are not rated higher on the list you cite.
