Unlove Need a second opinion re. emergency treatment

Hi everyone.
I have not been at this forum for a long time.
Unfortinately, I really need a veterinarian opinion re. recent tragic situation.

This is not about my baby girl yorkie who is 13.8 yo.
This is re. my rescued chihuahua baby I had for 4 years.
He was super positive, very healthy, very sensitive, loved kisses and hugs, very smart, and not like most chihuahuas. He loved everyone, including children, and every single day he made me laugh, or least smile.
Best ever companion. I tell you even more.
I am not sure that I love yorkies more after having chihuahua.
Sorry to all yorkie lovers. I am of of them too.

Anyway, before I write what happened, PLEASE, let's avoid lectures about feeding bones to the dogs. I am aware of it, and it happened without me, unfortunately.
The person, who gave the beef bone to our big dog, and my boy stole from her, and somehow ate it, already is about having heart attack and feels terribly bad and guilty.
The reason I mention it because I tried to get a consultation at some foreign forum, and instead of consultation re. treatment, I was blamed for being an idiot who fed my dog bones. This is not true. I cannot handle it again.

I simply need the vet assistance re. emergency treatment.
I truly believe my boy could be saved because I brought him ASAP next 30-hours minutes after he started to have symptoms.

Thank you in advance.
