Default Frequent accidents but usually trained

Hi,
Our two year old had an accident yesterday. Very unusual, but no big deal. Today she had three more. No blood is visible, nor is the urine gelatinous. Totally unusual for her to go inside. She hasn't had an accident before these for more than a year. She has been sleeping more than usual for a few days I guess, but she is eating and drinking as usual. Of course, our vets are gone for the weekend. I took her temperature but hers is normal.

Obviously, I'll call first thing Monday, and I am sure they will want a urine sample. How does one obtain one from a moving target? She squats and dashes in seconds.

Thanks for any ideas.
