You might try the PetSmile toothpaste (VOHC approved). My Cali loves the taste and some times I just rub it on her teeth instead of using a brush And she loves it. She will also just lick it off of my fingers. I have to have her dentals done every 6months due to her perpetual nNsty mouth but with Petsmile and the dentals we do really well.
