How do you get your nice little yorkies to sit pretty and wear clothes and bows? Do they struggle? Do you have to tempt them with a treat? Is there something I need to do to get him used to it? |
Here is my trick I use to get Kloey to sit still when I'm grooming her! You know the hair that hangs under there mouth? The mustash? well I grab ahold of that hair and she cant move, if she moves and pulls away it hurts so she dont do it, I use one hand to hold that hair and the other to comb around her face, then she is still enough to let me put the rubber band in, it took awhile but now she just sits still, at times she tries to bite the comb, but I just gently grab that hair and she stops. But the small rubber bands is the best to use.
