It could be. Our little Seymour can't do some grain free foods. Way to rich for his little belly. So we went back to the Basics. (Dry Blue Buffalo Basics. Turkey and potato.)
We tried Fromm for a little while, but he just didn't do well with it (the other 2 were fine). Every dog is different.
