Hi,

I have a 11 weeks old puppy. We got him 8 days ago from his breeder and he's been adjusting well

The only challenge we've been having is on trying to make him eat dog food. Looks like the breeder got him used to eating chicken and fish so he's been super picky with his food. We've been experimenting different tricks to make him eat his food (Royal Canin Mini Puppy) and he's finally starting to eat it.

One tip that I read and seemed to have worked is to add some warm water to make it softer. My only concern with that is that it might go bad sooner. Has anyone done the same? How long can I safely leave the wet food before it goes bad?
