Hey all, been a while since I've been on -- Sylvia (a stray that was found and given to us) has been on Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Selected Protein Adult PV Dry Dog Food Venison & Potato since we got her in February. I was just informed it is no longer available. We had her on it because the dog we had before her was put on it due to stomach/intestine issues, and she couldn't tolerate the Yorkie version from Royal Canin, so we let her eat what we had, and she's done great.
What do you recommend? The vet said she could probably eat the one that is rabbit/potato, but I just can't bring myself to feed her rabbit! Looks too much like her -- ha! BTW, I had her DNA done, and she's 75% Yorkshire Terrier, 25% Miniature Poodle. She has gained a few pounds and is now 13 pounds, which looks great on her. She is absolutely the cutest little thing with a big Yorkie attitude. If I can figure out how to post her picture, I will. |
