Yep, the teeth thing with our Yorkie's is a bummer!
It is kind of well known Yorkie's has nasty mouths -- not their or your fault -- genetics!

I brush my babies teeth daily and put Heathy Mouth in her water and she still has lost a lot of teeth.

I have her teeth cleaned every 6 months due to the losing teeth issues that she has had in the past. She is healthy so I don't fear the anesthesia and I know the vet who does her cleanings. I fear the possible infections/abscesses and the toll that would take on her body more.
