Just a thought, but have you thought about a cat instead? Bc you don't really have to "train" them at all.
As far as nails, nail dremels or any dremel are everywhere - Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, PetCo, PetsMart etc.... | I think there is such a thing as 100% trained but I think it takes their personality away and makes them seem like a little machine. Luckily though Callie and Joey are 100% potty trained
