To be totally honest, it sounds like you have really unrealistic expectations of these little kiddos....bc you want them 100% trained. Is there such a thing...?
Just a thought, but have you thought about a cat instead? Bc you don't really have to "train" them at all.
As far as nails, nail dremels or any dremel are everywhere - Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, PetCo, PetsMart etc....
