It's done. I had to snip some of the snarl to loosen it, I put full a glob of full s trength conditioner-mine, unfortunately had nothing else- and then added water, worked it through and then used her brush. her flat brush is missing or this would have been easy. Just got finished washing that crap out of her hair, because I was concerned about her scalp.
