| top knot out, hair tangled. She's miserable. She did this by "helping" us undo it. I tried putting her 2 in o2 shampoo/conditioner, and it just dried. it's too close to the scalp to cut it. any ideas??? |

| I'd put coconut oil or a hardly diluted conditioner in the hair. I'd want something slippery like that. And then I'd work through the tangle with my fingers. |

| It's done. I had to snip some of the snarl to loosen it, I put full a glob of full s trength conditioner-mine, unfortunately had nothing else- and then added water, worked it through and then used her brush. her flat brush is missing or this would have been easy. Just got finished washing that crap out of her hair, because I was concerned about her scalp. |
