There is no such thing as a teacup so any breeders using that word are bad. The standard is not to exceed 7 pounds so any reputable breeders will be breeding to have dogs around that weight range. If size is a big issue you might want to look at getting an adult or one from a shelter or rescue. Any one breeding for larger yorkies isn't a reputable breeder either.
