So sorry you are having issues with your babies. It s scary to have a dog with pancreatitis. I would say that perhaps you might read my post above, number 4, if u have not already so I don't repeat myself too much.
But I must reiterate that the frequent small meals plus the prescription Hills ID Low Fat and Pepcid have been very effective for keeping my dog well.
I assume that tests have not shown any germs, allergies, or parasites? Strange if both dogs get GI symptoms at once. Or could it be that the food they are on has changed in some way that now disagrees with the dogs?
My dog is eight yrs old by the way.
I hope that they feel better soon and that a reason for their sensitivities is found and they can be made well again. Good Luck. :-)
